To bid, you need to log in, go to the person you want to bid on, enter the amount, and hit bid. You're supposed to get a notification email that you've bid or been outbid, but it sounds like that isn't really working at the moment.
The deadline is 31st March at midnight gmt, so, um...Tuesday night? I think (I came home at 3pm today and went to have a short nap, then woke up five hours later, so I'm a bit disoriented).
